Hotel Viki provided me with a fantastic stay. The location, though a little far from the city centre, was definitely one of the best aspects. Situated next to the lake, I enjoyed a beautiful view from my room's balcony. This hotel's location on the lake offered a tranquil and picturesque setting.
As for the worst aspects, there were simply no negatives to highlight. My experience at this hotel was truly remarkable and exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

the peaceful and serene atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of the lake, allowing us to enjoy the peaceful scenery. the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom added to the overall pleasant experience. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing excellent service.
The cleanliness of the room, as it was evident that the toilet had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. I could sit there for hours, gazing at the beautiful lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The location of the hotel was also great. Although it was a bit far from the city center, I didn't mind because I enjoyed the tranquility and the scenic surroundings. Plus, it was just a short walk to the lake, where I could go for a swim or a boat ride.
When I arrived, it was obvious that the toilet hadn't been cleaned since its last use. Throughout my stay, the room was not cleaned and the bed sheets were not changed.

Great balcony with a beautiful view! the location was perfect, just a short drive to the city center and on the shore of a stunning lake. the staff was quite helpful with navigating us throughout the town.
Honestly, the cleanliness was a bit of an issue. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the room was not serviced during our five-night stay.
